01. Data we collect
The bot records events such as a message being sent (event time, channel ID, user ID), a member joining or leaving (event time and user ID), and current member/presence counts at reporting time. These records allow the bot to calculate aggregate statistics.
02. Data we don't read
Our analytics features do not need to read or store the text of Discord messages, attachments or private messages. The site shows summary numbers rather than individual message content.
03. Storage and publishing
Bot events are stored in a local SQLite database on the bot's hosting environment. When web synchronization is enabled, aggregate metrics and channel names are sent securely to the website backend. These aggregated results may be publicly visible on the dashboard.
Service providers may process technical information required to operate the bot and website. Authentication secrets must never be placed in browser code.
04. Retention
Retention period not yet defined. The database and published aggregates may be retained until a deletion/retention process is configured. Define your schedule and deletion process before inviting other servers to use this service.
05. Questions or deletion requests
Operator/contact method not yet configured. Add a contact address or support route before treating this draft as final. Server administrators can stop future collection by removing the bot.
